不同厂家加味逍遥丸电化学指纹图谱的研究

【摘要】 目的采用电化学振荡技术建立不同厂家加味逍遥丸的电化学指纹图谱并对不同厂家生产的加味逍遥丸进行区分。方法以图中的诱导时间、振荡寿命、振荡周期、最高电位为特征参数,以一定量的加味逍遥丸为反应底物,反应温度为310 K,搅拌速度为500 r·min-1,获得电化学指纹图谱。结果不同厂家生产的加味逍遥丸电化学指纹图谱振荡参数差异明显且加味逍遥丸的电化学指纹图谱重现性良好。结论:不同厂家生产的同种中成药的电化学指纹图谱会由于原料和生产工艺等方面的差异而有所差别,说明利用电化学振荡技术可以对不同厂家生产的同种中成药进行区分,该技术也为同一厂家生产的不同批次中成药进行质量监控,为中成药的质量评价和定性分析提供了理论依据。

【Abstract】 Objective To establish an electrochemical fingerprint of Jiawei Xiaoyao Pills from different manufacturers by electrochemical oscillation technique. Method The characteristic elements of revulsion time, oscillating life, first oscillating period, toppest voltage, and toppest amplitude, with appropriate amount of Jiawei Xiaoyao Pills as the substrate of reaction, temperature keeping at 310 K and the stirring speed of 500 r·min-1, it gets the non-linear electrochemical fingerprint. Result Electrochemical fingerprint of Jiawei Xiaoyao Pills repeatabilityis good, and the difference in oscillation parameters of the electrochemical fingerprints of Jiawei Xiaoyao Pills produced by different manufacturers. Conclusion The electrochemical fingerprints of the same kind of proprietary Chinese medicines produced by different manufacturers may differ due to differences in raw materials and production processes, indicating that electrochemical oscillation technology can be used to distinguish the same proprietary Chinese medicines produced by different manufacturers. The quality control of different batches of proprietary Chinese medicines produced by the same manufacturer provides a theoretical basis for the quality evaluation and qualitative analysis of proprietary Chinese medicines.
