聚丙烯纤维改性及应用研究
Modification and Application of Polypropylene Fiber
【摘要】 采用马来酸酐接枝改性聚丙烯纤维,研究了引发剂浓度、单体用量和反应时间对接枝率的影响。改性后的聚丙烯纤维对于水泥砂浆的增强效果优于未改性的聚丙烯纤维,在一定范围内随改性纤维含量的增加,纤维改性水泥砂浆的抗折、抗压强度均持续增加。
【Abstract】 Polypropylene(PP) fiber was modified by grafting with maleic anhydride. The effect of maleic anhydride content, initiator content and reaction time on the percentage of graft has been discussed. The grafted fiber was further used to modify the performance of cement mortar. It was found that the grafted fiber showed higher effect on the strength of cement mortar than that of un-grafted fiber.
