准好氧矿化垃圾床驯化阶段水质变化及荧光特性
Changes of Water Quality and Fluorescence Characteristics of Semi-aerobic Aged Refuse Bioreactor during Domestication
【摘要】 为提高准好氧矿化垃圾床处理渗滤液的效率,通过改变进水中渗滤液和生活污水的配比,对矿化垃圾床进行驯化,摸清驯化阶段出水的水质变化规律。结果表明,驯化可提高准好氧矿化垃圾床内微生物对渗滤液的适应能力。出水中CODCr、VFA、UV254、CN的浓度受渗滤液比例的影响较小,而其去除率随驯化时间的增加呈先上升后趋于稳定趋势,末期均超过90%。NH3-N、NO2-、NO3-的出水浓度变化及去除规律同碳类物质相似,末期NH3-N、NO2-的去除率分别为99.9%、58.27%。TN的出水浓度和N2O的排放通量与进水浓度呈正相关。此外,三维荧光光谱表明准好氧矿化垃圾床能快速氧化进水中结构较为稳定的类富里酸,驯化结束后能大幅降低渗滤液中有机污染物的分子缩合度和分子量。
【Abstract】 In order to improve the efficiency of semi-aerobic aged refuse bioreactor, domesticating aged refuse by changing the proportion of leachate and sanitary sewage, the goal is finding out the rule of water quality. The results show that domestication can improve the adaptability of microorganisms to leachate. The effluent concentrations of CODCr, VFA, UV254, CN are less affected by the proportion of leachate and sanitary sewage, but the removal efficiencies are increasing with the domestication time, and above 90% at the end. Besides, the effluent concentrations and the removal regular of NH3-N, NO2-, NO3-的 are similar to carbon materials, and the removal efficiencies of NH3-N, NO2-are 99.9 % and 58.27 % respectively. And the effluent concentration of TN and the emission of N2 O are positively correlated with the proportion of leachate and sanitary sewage. In addition, three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum illustrates that semi-aerobic aged refuse bioreactor can quickly oxidize stable fluvic acid-like organic matter in the leachate, and the molecular condensation degree and molecular weight are reduced significantly at the end of experiment.
