工科学生参与科技竞赛的影响因素及机制研究

【摘要】 科技竞赛是工科学生提升自我创新能力、挖掘潜在创业机会的有力途径。尽管高校出台了多种措施推动工科学生参与科技竞赛,但这些措施的影响机制和效应仍不明确。基于自我决定理论,本研究通过对728位工科学生的实证调查,发现高校的不同措施(如竞赛鼓励政策、学校学院支持及竞赛成果转化)对学生参与科技竞赛产生了不一样的影响效果,不同个性的工科学生受到的影响不一样。对高马基雅维利主义的学生而言,高校竞赛鼓励政策和竞赛成果转化的影响效应更强。

【Abstract】 Under the background of "Emerging Engineering Education", participating in science and technology competitions is an effective way for engineering students to improve their innovation ability and explore potential entrepreneurial opportunities. Although various measures have been carried out by universities to encourage students to participate in science and technology competitions, the mechanism and effects of these measures are still unclear. Based on the self-determination theory, this paper, through an empirical investigation on 728 engineering students, finds that different measures taken by universities can produce different effects on students’ participation in science and technology competitions. Moreover, students with different personalities will be influenced in different ways. For example, for students who are Machiavellianist, the positive correlation between the achievement transformation of competitions and self-navigation is more significant.
