【摘要】 通过对浙江省杭州市10所高校的2114名在读大学生进行网络问卷调查,探讨分析创业环境对大学生创业意愿的影响。研究表明:(1)在杭大学生具有较强的创业意愿;(2)大学生创业意愿在性别、年级及专业上均存在显著差异;(3)创业环境各维度均与创业意愿呈显著正相关;(4)教育培训、政府支持、市场条件和金融环境均对大学生创业意愿具有显著正向预测作用;(5)性别在创业文化与创业意愿的关系中发挥着调节作用。基于此,本文就提升大学生创业意愿提供了相关建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the online questionnaire survey of 2114 college students in 10 universities in Hangzhou,Zhejiang Province,this paper explores the influence of entrepreneurial environment on the entrepreneurial intention of college students.The research shows that:(1) The college students in Hangzhou are willing to start businesses;(2) The gender,grade and major differences will lead to the significant difference in college students’ entrepreneurial intention;(3) There is a significant positive correlation between each dimension of the entrepreneurial environment and the entrepreneurial intention;(4) Education and training,government support,market conditions,and financial environment all have a significant positive predictive effect on college students’ entrepreneurial intention;(5) Gender regulates the relationship between the entrepreneurial culture and entrepreneurial intention.Based on the analyses,this paper provides some suggestions for improving college students’ entrepreneurial intention.更多还原
