基于BIM的全过程造价管理模式探索

【摘要】 在当前造价管理实践中,很多项目的造价管理仅集中在项目的某一个或几个阶段,并未进行全过程的造价管理。研究和追求高效的全过程造价管理模式,强调投资决策、设计、招标投标、施工、竣工结算乃至运维各阶段之间全过程的造价协同管理具有重要意义。将BIM技术应用于全过程造价管理中,可有效地促进数据集成,提高造价管理水平,因此目前已经有了一定的研究与应用。文章论述了BIM技术对于克服工程造价信息碎片化的作用,对项目各阶段中应用BIM技术的现有主要研究工作进行了简述,构建了基于BIM的全过程造价管理模式,展望了从传统算量套价思维向数字化模型思维转变、加强基于BIM的全过程造价管理在装配式建筑中的应用以及从单方单软件工作向多方互动的协同共享平台转变的发展趋势。

【Abstract】 In the current cost management practice, cost management on many projects is only implemented in one or several stages rather than the project lifecycle. It is of great importance to research and pursue an efficient cost management mode in whole process,focusing on project initiation, design, bidding, construction, completion settlement and operation and maintenance phases. Applying BIM technology to project lifecycle can effectively improve data integration and the level of cost management. Therefore, many researches have conducted research in this area. This paper discusses the role of BIM technology in overcoming the fragmentation of engineering cost information, and briefly describes the existing main research work of applying BIM technology in each stage of the project, and constructs a BIM-based whole process cost management model. and proposes some potential research areas: From traditional calculation of set price thinking to digital model thinking, strengthening the application of BIM-based whole process cost management in prefabricated buildings and the transformation from single-party software work to multi-party interaction collaborative sharing platform.
