基于可达性分析的电商“最后一公里”配送调度优化

【摘要】 作为电子商务的物流末端,"最后一公里"配送成本的优化对于电商企业物流成本的降低有着重要意义。复杂的路网结构增加了"最后一公里"配送的调度难度,具有较大的研究价值。基于对实际路网的交通可达性分析,提出了A/B RM重构法(Accessibility-Based Reconstructing Method)将实际路网中的客户分布转化为图模型,并利用Dijkstra算法求出客户间的最佳抵达路径。针对当前国内现行的"最后一公里"配送模式,构建了基于实际路网的配送调度优化模型,并开发了GA+ACO两阶段算法进行求解。通过沈阳市浑南新区某物流企业的配送实例,验证了所提出的优化模型和算法的有效性以及A/B RM重构法的优越性。

【Abstract】 As the logistics terminal of e-commerce, the optimization of "last mile" distribution cost plays an important role in reducing the logistics cost of e-commerce enterprises. The complicated structure of road network increases the scheduling difficulty of the "last mile" distribution and hence it has great research value. Based on the analysis of the traffic accessibility of the actual road network, an A/B RM(Accessibility-Based Reconstructing Method) is proposed to transform the customer distribution in the actual road network into a graph theory model, and the optimal arrival path matrix is obtained by using Dijkstra algorithm. Aiming at the current "last mile" distribution modes in China, a distribution scheduling optimization model based on actual road network is formulated, and a two-stage GA+ACO algorithm is developed to solve the problem. Through the case study of a logistics enterprise in Hunnan New District, Shenyang City, the effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm is verified, and the advantages of distribution are further analyzed under A/B RM.
