多射流引射式低压加热器换热性能数值研究
Numerical Research on Performance of the Multi-jet Ejecting Low Pressure Heater
【摘要】 引射式加热器结构简单、运行稳定、成本低、易维修,是一种高效回收利用蒸汽的设备。本文采用数值计算的方法,对多射流引射式低压加热器工作性能进行了研究,确定了射流股数、引射流体压力及温度、被引射蒸汽压力及温度对加热器引射及换热性能的影响.结果表明本文所设计加热器有较好的压力变工况适应性,引射流体与被引射蒸汽存在合适的温差范围,加热器无因次温差比与引射系数存在正线性函数关系。
【Abstract】 The ejecting heater is simple in structure, stable in operation, low in cost and easy to repair. It is an efficient device to recycle steam. In this paper, the working performance of the multi-jet ejecting low pressure heater is studied by numerical calculation. To determine the effect of the number of jet, pressure and temperature of ejecting fluid and ejected steam on ejecting and heat transfer performance of the heater. The results show that the heater designed in this paper has preferable adaptability under pressure variable conditions. There is a suitable temperature range between the ejecting fluid and the ejected steam, and a positive linear relationship between the dimensionless temperature difference ratio and the ejection coefficient of the heater.
