【Abstract】 Based on the nonconformity of a cable company Lapp Cable Works Shanghai(LCS)in the verband der Elektrotechnik(VDE)audit,this paper,with data portability as the breakthrough point,asked questions and analyzed practical situation.The final decision on PVC tensile machine of the laboratory was made to do variation analysis of measuring tools,design experiments,and carry out the measurement system of repeatability and reproducibility studies,solved the actual problem.更多还原
