【摘要】 为探讨快速康复外科护理对结直肠癌患者术后肠功能恢复及并发症的影响,将2016年8月至2019年1月我院收治的82例结直肠癌手术患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各41例。对照组围术期接受常规护理,观察组接受快速康复外科护理。比较2组患者术后肠功能恢复情况及并发症发生情况。结果显示,观察组术后首次排气时间、首次排便时间均明显短于对照组,并发症发生率明显低于对照组,P <0.05。结果表明,对结直肠癌手术患者围手术期实施快速康复外科护理,可促进其肠功能恢复,减少并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study was to explore the influence of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing(RRSN)on intestinal function recovery and complication of colorectal cancer patients,enrolled 82 cases undergoing surgery in authors’ hospital(2016-08-2019-01)into the study and randomly divided them into control group(41 cases,routine nursing at perioperation)and observation group(41 cases,RRSN);then,compared patients’ postoperative intestinal function recovered status and complication incidence between the two groups.As results,in the time for postoperative first-time flatus,and for bowel movement observation group was all significantly shorter than control group(P <0.05);in complication incidence so lower(P <0.05).Results show that RRSN at perioperation of colorectal cancer patients can promote their intestinal function recovery,reduce complication.更多还原
