【摘要】 为分析结直肠癌患者病理特征和预后的相关性,回顾性分析我院2017-2018年收治的42例结直肠癌患者临床资料。从肿瘤部位、肿瘤直径、肿瘤分化程度、组织形态、病理分期、肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移情况、远处转移情况等病理特征分析与患者预后的相关性。结果显示,42例患者生存期为2～86个月,平均生存期(71.2±4.1)个月;3年生存率为66.2%,5年生存率为58.1%;影响结直肠癌患者预后的单因素有肿瘤直径、肿瘤分化程度、Ducks分期、肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移情况、远处转移情况(P <0.05),与肿瘤部位、组织形态无关(P>0.05);肿瘤直径、肿瘤分化程度、Ducks分期、肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移情况、远处转移情况是结直肠癌患者预后的独立病理特征影响因素(P <0.05)。结果表明,结直肠癌患者病理特征中肿瘤直径、肿瘤分化程度、Ducks分期、肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移情况、远处转移情况是影响预后的重要指标,对于制定手术治疗、术后化疗以及评估预后有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to explore the relativity of the pathological features of colorectal cancer patients with their prognosis,authors retrospectively analysed the data of 42 patients with colorectal cancer who had been treated in author’s hospital(2017-2018 yr.),including such pathological features as tumor’s site,diameter,differentiation degree,tissue forms,pathological staging,infiltration depth,and their lymph node metastasis status,etc,further analysed above features’ relativity to patients’ prognosis.As results,1)survival duration of 42 cases was 2-86 months[averaged(71.2±4.1)months];their 3-year survival rate was66.2%;5-year survival rate was 58.1%;2)single factors influencing patients’ prognosis were neoplasms’ diameter,differentiation degree,Ducks stage,and infiltration depth,as well their lymphnode metastasis and distant metastasis status(P <0.05),the prognosis did not relaled with site and tissue forms(P >0.05);3)tumors’ diameter,differentiation degree,Ducks stage,infiltration depth,as well their lymphnode metastasis and distant metastasis status were the independent influence factor of prognosis(P <0.05).Results show that above-mentioned the 3)items’ every factors all are important norms influencing patients’ prognosis,and are of importance to surgical treatment,postoperative chemotherapy,and prognosis evaluation,etc.更多还原
