【摘要】 为探讨采用挡板改良PPH治疗混合痔的临床效果。选取我院收治的90例混合痔患者为研究对象,根据手术方法分为观察组和对照组,观察组45例给予改良PPH治疗,对照组45例给予常规PPH治疗,对比2组患者临床疗效、术后疼痛(VAS评分)、并发症及复发情况。结果显示,2组临床疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组术后3d、5dVAS评分,并发症发生率及复发率均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结果表明,采用挡板改良PPH治疗混合痔临床疗效确切,能缩短愈合时间,减少并发症,降低疼痛和复发率,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate the clinical effect of modified PPH with baffle plate in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids,this study enrolled 90 cases to be subject to surgery in author’s hospital and divided them into observation group and control one(45 cases,for each),the former received above PPH,while the latter received routine PPH;then compared clinical effect,postoperative VAS on pain,complication and recurrence betwen both groups.As results,in clinical effect there was no statistical difference between both groups(P>0.05),but in VAS rating at 3,5 days after surgery,in complication incidence,and in recurrence rate the former was all significantly lower than the latter,there was statistical difference between the two groups(P <0.05).Results show that the modified PPH with baffle plate for mixed hemorrhoids has certain effect,can shorten healing time,reduce complication incidence,decrease recurrence rate,and relieve pain.It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.更多还原
