【Abstract】 With the deepening informationization of television stations, the pressure of operation and maintenance of information systems has increased, and problems have become prominent. Firstly this paper expounds the current situation and analyzes problems of operation and maintenance, and then summarizes the key points in the standards of "General Requirement of IT System Operation and Maintenance Service in TV Station"(GY/T 317-2018). Besides, this paper puts forward the detailed implementation suggestions based on the idea of service,systematization and standardization.更多还原
