【摘要】 目的分析在老年2型糖尿病护理中应用自我管理健康教育方法的效果。方法通过随机抽样方法选取120例老年2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,随机将120例患者分成观察组和对照组各60例,观察组实施自我管理健康教育,对照组实施常规健康教育,6个月后对两组干预效果进行比较。结果观察组干预后糖尿病知识水平及自我管理行为水平总分及其中各项指标得分(饮食控制、运动锻炼、遵医嘱用药、血糖监测、足部护理)、生存质量总分及各维度得分(生理功能、心理精神、社会关系、治疗影响)、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、舒张压、收缩压均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自我管理健康教育方法实施于老年2型糖尿病护理中能够明显增加患者对糖尿病知识的了解,提升患者自我管理能力,提升患者生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of self-management health education on caring of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods A total of 120 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes were selected as the study subjects by random sampling between January 2017 and December 2017 in our hospital. The subjects were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group received self-management health education, and the control group received regular education. The effect of the two groups interventions was compared for 6 months. Results The diabetes knowledge, self-management behavior total score, diet control, exercise training, medication compliance, blood glucose monitoring, and foot care indexes in observation group were all significantly superior to the control group after intervention(P<0.05). The physiological function, psychological psychology, social relationship, treatment effect, and total quality of life of the observation group after intervention were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05). After intervention, the fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2 h blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, diastolic blood pressure, and systolic blood pressure in observation group were all significantly better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The self-management health education method can significantly increase the patients’ understanding of diabetes knowledge, improve self-management ability, and improve the quality of life.更多还原
