硝酸银对雌性系黄瓜的诱雄效应
Effect of Silver Nitrate on Male Induction of Female Cucumber
【摘要】 为黄瓜育种中利用雌性系黄瓜诱导产生雄花效应提供依据,选择黄瓜纯雌型1865株系为供试材料,研究不同苗龄期施用不同浓度硝酸银与施药次数对黄瓜诱雄效果的影响。结果表明:喷施时期越早,第1雄花节位越低;1叶一心期450mg/L硝酸银溶液喷施1次诱导的雄花数量最多,前20节雄花为27.0朵;但早期对植株的伤害也最大,萎蔫率达50%;2叶一心期400mg/L硝酸银溶液喷施5次的诱雄效果最佳,雄花为38.0朵,硝酸银处理黄瓜雌性系从喷药到出现第1朵雄花的时间差为18~21d。硝酸银对黄瓜雌性系诱雄有一定的持续时间,但增加喷药次数可以延长其作用时间、提高雄花出现的最高节位。
【Abstract】 To provide a basis for the use of female cucumbers to induce male flowering in cucumber breeding,the pure female strain‘1865’of cucumber was selected as the test material,and the effects of different concentrations of silver nitrate and the application times on male induction of cucumber were studied.Results:The earlier the spraying period,the lower the first male flower node;During one-leaf and one-heart period 450 mg/L silver nitrate solution sprayed one time induced the greatest number of male flowers,the first 20 male flowers were 27.0;In the early stage,the damage to the plants was also the greatest,and the rate of wilting was 50%.In two-leaf and one-heart period spraying 400 mg/L silver nitrate solution for five times obtained the optimal male induction effect(38.0 male flowers).The time from spraying to 1 st male flower emerging was 18-21 days.Silver nitrate had a certain duration for male induction of cucumber females,but increasing the number of spraying times could prolong the duration of action and increase the highest node of male flowers.
