河北省农业科技园区在高新技术产业化中的作用评价:以三河、唐山、邯郸国家重点监测园区为例

【摘要】 为加强河北省农业科技园区在高新技术产业中的引领作用,促进园区的健康持续发展,采用主成分分析方法,选取基础条件等3个一级指标和22个二级指标,建立评价指标体系,对河北省农业科技园区在高新技术产业化中的作用进行评价。结果表明:河北省农业科技园区的基础条件较差,园区投资低,科技支撑作用弱,与全国存在一定的差距;推广新品种技术落后于其他发达省份,产出有待提高;从全国综合得分排名看,邯郸、唐山、三河分别排名20位、55位、75位,河北省国家农业科技园区在高新技术产业化中的作用有待加强。

【Abstract】 In order to strengthen the leading role of Hebei Agricultural Science and Technology Park in high-tech industry,and promote the healthy and sustainable development of the park,in this paper the authors use the principal component analysis method,select three primary indicators and 22 secondary indicators to establish an evaluation index system,and evaluate the role of Hebei Agricultural Science and Technology Park in high-tech industrialization.Results:Hebei Agricultural Science and Technology Park is of poor basic conditions,low investment and weak science and technology support,and there is a certain gap with the whole country;The technology of promoting new varieties lags behind other developed provinces,and the output needs to be improved;In the view of national comprehensive score rank,Handan,Tangshan,and Sanhe ranked 20 th,55 th,and 75 th respectively.The role of Hebei National Agricultural Science and Technology Park in high-tech industrialization needs to be strengthened.
