超低排放用便携式烟气分析仪采样预处理设备应用综述
Application of portable flue gas analyzer sampling pretreatment system for ultra-low emission
【摘要】 烟气在进入烟气分析仪前必须要经过加热、过滤、除湿等预处理,以确保在去除烟气含水的同时,尽可能避免待测气体(例如SO2和NOx)的流失。由于SO2和NOx易溶于水,且H2O在光学法测试中对SO2和NOx光谱有吸收干扰,所以烟气预处理设备对烟气分析仪最终测试结果的影响至关重要。本文针对目前常见的烟气预处理设备,综述了市场常见的半导体冷凝器、压缩机冷凝器、冷凝器加磷酸技术、Nafion管干燥器等便携式烟气烟气预处理设备的原理、特点、不足和在实际应用过程中存在的问题。并从提高超低排放烟气监测质量入手,如何正确操作等提出了相关的应用建议。
【Abstract】 In the monitoring of ultra-low emission flue gas,portable analyzer needs pretreatment process,like heating,filter and dehumidification.Aiming at present common flue gas pretreatment equipment,this paper summarizes the principles,characteristics,shortcomings and problems in practical application of portable pretreatment systems,such as semiconductor cooler,compressor cooler,hosphoric acid dosing cooler and Nafion dryer systems,and suggests how to operate them correctly.
