ICP-AES法测定虾蛄中砷和铝的含量
Determination of arsenic and aluminum in mantis shrimp by ICP-AES with wet digestion
【摘要】 建立了湿法消解虾蛄样品,电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-AES)对虾蛄中砷和铝元素的含量进行定量测定。研究结果表明:通过仪器条件优化,排除干扰元素,得出砷元素的检出限为1.2μg/L,铝元素的检出限为6.0μg/L。砷和铝两种元素浓度在0.05~0.6mg/L之间呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.999,加标回收率在94.0%~105.5%之间,相对标准偏差小于3.5%。故此方法适合于水产品虾蛄中虾肉的砷和铝两种元素的定量检测,这将为虾蛄食用安全的科学评价提供依据。
【Abstract】 The results showed that the detection limit was 1.2 ug/L and 6.0 ug/L for arsenic and aluminum,respectively.A good linear relationship between the concentrations of arsenic and aluminum in the range of 0.05-0.6 mg/L,and the correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.999.Their recoveries were between 94.0%and 105.5%,and the relative standard deviation was less than 3.5%.The method is suitable for the quantitative determination of arsenic and aluminum in mantis shrimp.
