金纳米棒-碳纳米管-氧化石墨烯复合物用于香草醛测定
The Composite of Gold Nanorods-Carbon Nanotubes-Graphene Oxide for Determination of Vanillin
【摘要】 制备和表征了金纳米棒-碳纳米管-氧化石墨烯复合物(AuNRs-CNTs-GO),并将其应用于修饰玻碳电极(AuNRs-CNTs-GO/GCE),并比较了香草醛(VA)在不同修饰电极上的电化学行为。结果表明,与其它修饰材料相比,AuNRs-CNTs-GO对香草醛有更强的电催化氧化和富集作用。利用差分脉冲伏安(DPV)法,香草醛的阳极峰电流与其浓度在0.01~0.4μmol/L和0.4~40.0μmol/L两个区间范围内呈线性关系。对应的回归方程分别为:ipa(μA)=0.02+0.27c(μmol/L)和ipa(μA)=0.10+0.13c(μmol/L)。检测限是2.0 nmol/L。该修饰电极可用于实际样品中香草醛的定量检测。
【Abstract】 The composite of gold nanorods(AuNRs)-carbon nanotubes(CNTs)-graphene oxide(GO)(AuNRs-CNTs-GO) was synthesized,characterized,and used to modify glassy carbon electrode.The electrochemical behavior of vanillin on different modified electrodes was investigated by cyclic voltammetry.AuNRs-CNTs-GO displayed high accumulation efficiency as well as considerable surface enhancement effect for the electro-oxidation of vanillin.Then,it was used to determine vanillin by differential pulse voltammetry(DPV).It showed two linear range of 0.02-0.4 and 0.4-40.0 μmol/L with a detection limit of 2.0 nmol/L.It can be applied to the determination of vanillin in real samples.
