氧化石墨烯掺杂2,2-双噻吩和5-甲氧基吲哚共聚物涂层的电化学制备及3种抗抑郁药的检测
Oxide Graphene Doped Electrochemical Copolymer Coating of 2,2-Bithiophene and 5-Methoxyindole for Solid-phase Microextraction of Antidepressants
【摘要】 采用电化学共聚法制备了氧化石墨烯掺杂的聚2,2-双噻吩和5-甲氧基吲哚复合涂层,并将其用于3种抗抑郁药西酞普兰、氟西汀、去甲替林的顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱检测。此涂层均匀,呈花椰菜微观结构,可耐400℃的高温,经连续使用180次,萃取效率基本保持不变。由于涂层与目标分析物之间强的π-π和氢键作用,涂层对目标分析物表现出高的萃取能力和好的萃取选择性。在优化的条件下,方法的线性检测范围为0. 01~50. 00μg/L,检出限为4.25~6.25 ng/L。对于不同分析物,单根萃取头多次检测的RSD为4.3%~5.3%(n=5),不同涂层的RSD为4.8%~6.5%(n=5)。将本方法用于湖水样的分析,加标回收率在93.6%~109.0%之间。
【Abstract】 Poly (2,2-bithiophene-co-5-methoxyindole)-oxide graphene composite coating was prepared by voltammetry for headspace solid-phase microextraction and gas chromatography determination of antidepressants(i. e.,citalopram,fluoxetine and nortriptyline). The coating was uniform and showed cauliflower-like microstructure. It had high thermal stability (up to 400℃) and could be used for at least 180 times of solidphase microextraction (SPME) without decrease in extraction performance. Furthermore,it presented high extraction capacity for the antidepressants due to the hydrogen bond and π-π interaction between the analytes and the coating. Under optimized conditions,good linearity (R>0.9958),wide linear range(0.01-50 μg/L)and low limits of detection(4.25-6.25 ng/L) were achieved for these analytes. The relative standard deviation was less than 5.3% for five successive measurements with one fiber,and the relative standard deviations for fiber-to-fiber were 4.8%-6. 5% (n = 5). The SPME-GC method was applied to the determination of lake water,with recoveries of 93.6%-109%.
