【Abstract】 AKTA Purifier is widely used in the research of protein purification and drug development in university teaching and scientific research laboratories. It is the most effective purification method for protein, polypeptide, nucleic acid and natural products. Based on years of experience in large-scale instrument management, the open sharing management, maintenance and troubleshooting of AKTA protein purification system were discussed.
