不同运动方式对正常体重青年女性身体成分的影响研究

【摘要】 目的:本研究通过测试,研究力量练习和有氧运动对正常体重青年女性身体成分的影响,旨在指导人群能更科学有效的进行健身锻炼。研究方法:选取正常体重的青年女性17名,分为力量组,有氧组,有氧力量组,按照制定的运动方案进行为期10周的锻炼,使用Inbody230体成分仪测试锻炼前后身体成分和基础代谢的变化。结果表明:经过10周的锻炼,各组体重指数、体重、体脂肪、体脂率有显著性下降,骨骼肌质量、基础代谢有显著性增加;力量组尤其是骨骼肌质量、基础代谢指标增加显著,有氧组尤其是体脂肪、体脂率指标减少显著,以上差异均有统计学意义。结论:10周有计划的锻炼对正常体重青年女性身体成分的比例有一定的优化作用。

【Abstract】 The purpose of this study was to research the influence of strength training and aerobic exercise on body composition of young female with normal weight. Seventeen young females wi-th normal weight participated in the study. They were divided into three groups and organized to do strength training and aerobic exercise for 10 weeks. We tested body composition and basal me-tabolic changes with Inbody230 instrument before and after 10-week exercise. Results show that body mass index, weigh, body fat and body fat rate were obviously decreased, the latter two were obviously changed in aerobic exercise group. Muscle mass and basal metabolism were obviously added, particularly in strength training group. 10-week planned exercise had the optimizing effect on body composition of young female with normal weight.
