【摘要】 目的探讨护理难度的影响因素,为提高临床护理质量提供依据。方法采用质性研究中的扎根理论法,于2015年4-10月选择福建省立医院的40名医护人员,进行半结构式访谈,并严格按照扎根理论的编码策略和要求对收集的资料进行三级编码,整理分析后归纳和提炼相应类属。结果经分析得出,影响护理难度的因素为患者因素、护士因素、环境设备因素3大类属下共13个影响因素。结论注重加强护士的知识和技能培训,提高护士的沟通能力以及增加护士人数有助于降低护理难度,提高患者的满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the factors influencing nursing difficulty,and to provide a reference for improving the quality and efficiency of clinical care.Methods The grounded theory method of the qualitative research was adopted,data were collected by using semi-structured interviews on 40 medical staff from April 2015 to october 2015.Then the collected data was analyzed and sorted strictly in accordance with grounded theory coding strategy.Results Three themes that influencing nursing difficulty were contracted:the patient factors,the nurse factors and the environmental and equipment factors.Conclusion Focusing on strengthening nurses’ knowledge and skills training,improving nurses’ communication skills and increasing the number of nurses can help to reduce the difficulty of nursing and improve patient satisfaction.更多还原
