【摘要】 目的:系统评价减重手术对肥胖男性患者血清睾酮水平的影响。方法:计算机检索PubMed、Embase、The Cochrane Library、CNKI、维普及万方数据库,收集研究男性肥胖患者减重手术与睾酮水平关系的文献,检索时限为建库至2018年11月,由2名研究者对题目、摘要进行查阅,筛选符合条件的研究,利用Review Manager 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入5项研究、133例患者。Meta分析结果显示,减重手术后血总睾酮水平明显提升,差异有统计学意义[MD=1.85,95%CI(1.06,2.63),P<0.00001];减重手术后血游离睾酮水平明显提升,差异有统计学意义[MD=0.08,95%CI(0.02,0.14),P=0.005]。结论:减重手术可明显提高男性患者血睾酮水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To systematically review the effect of bariatric surgery for male’s testosterone level.Method:The databases including PubMed,Embase,The Cochrane Library,CNKI,VIP and WanFang Data from inception to November 30 th 2018 were systematically searched to collect randomized controlled trials and before-after studies about bariatric surgery for testosterone level in obese male.Two reviewers independently screened literatures,extracted data,and assessed the methodological quality of included studies.The RevMan 5.3 software was used for meta-analysis.Result:Five before-after studies involving 133 patients were included.The results of meta-analysis showed that the total testosterone level was significantly increased [MD=1.85,95% CI(1.06,2.63),P<0.00001]and free testosterone level was also significantly increased [MD=0.08,95% CI(0.02,0.14),P=0.005] after bariatric surgery.Conclusions:Bariatric surgery is effective in increasing the level of serum testosterone in obese male.更多还原
