【摘要】 目的:探讨改良单孔腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术在婴幼儿腹股沟斜疝中的应用价值。方法:回顾分析2015年1月至2017年12月为121例患儿行改良单孔腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术的临床资料,并与同期行开放疝囊高位结扎术的患儿进行对比分析。结果:单孔组术中出血量平均(3.2±1.4)mL,手术时间平均(13.0±3.7)min,术后平均住院(1.2±0.4)d;开放组术中出血量平均(5.7±2.3)mL,手术时间平均(30.0±5.5)min,术后平均住院(5.7±0.8)d,单孔组优于开放组,且术后术区局部肿胀、积液等并发症发生率低于开放组。结论:改良单孔腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术安全、可靠,可缩短手术时间、住院时间,术后切口疤痕小,较美观,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical application of modified single-port laparoscopic high ligation of hernia sac in infants with indirect inguinal hernia. Methods: The clinicaldata of 121 infants who underwent modified single-port laparoscopic high ligation of hernia sac from Jan.2015 to Dec.2017 were retrospectively analyzed,and they were compared with those who underwent open hernia sac surgery at the same time.Results: The average amount of bleeding in the laparoscopic group was (3.2±1.4)mL,the mean operative time was (13.0±3.7)min,and the average postoperative hospital stay was (1.2±0.4)d.The mean bleeding volume in the open group was (5.7±2.3)mL,the average operation time was (30.0±5.5)min,and the average postoperative hospital stay was(5.7±0.8)d,the laparoscopic group was significantly better than the open group.The incidence of local swelling and effusion in the operation area of laparoscopic group was significantly lower than that of the open group.Conclusions: The improved single-port laparoscopic high ligation of the hernia sac is safe and reliable.It can significantly shorten the operation time and hospitalization time,and the scar is small and cosmetic.This procedure is worthy of clinical promotion anddevelopment.更多还原
