【摘要】 文章在梳理中央关于群团改革要求、《全国妇联改革方案》、各地妇联组织改革实践及相关研究成果等资料的基础上,对妇联改革取得的进展以及面临的挑战进行了系统分析。研究发现,新时代妇联组织改革创新在党的领导、基层组织建设、干部队伍建设及联系引导女性社会组织等方面取得实质性进展。不过当前妇联改革仍然处于起步阶段,改革的顶层设计还有待进一步完善,一些改革举措的落实及效果与改革目标仍有距离。新时代妇联组织改革还需要进一步探索实现增强政治性先进性群众性改革目标的有效路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper focuses on the progress of reforms of Women’s Federations and the remaining challenges to the reforms based on an examination of the Central Party Committee’s instructions on the reforms of mass organizations, the document of the Reform Plans of the All-China Women’s Federation,and the studies reports of reforms of Women’s Federations in different regions. This study reveals that the reforms of Women’s Federation in the new era have yielded progress in observing the leadership of the Party, improving grassroots organizations,advancing the cadre, and building linkages with women’s groups and organizations. Although these reforms are still in the beginning stage,there is a need to improve the upstream plans of reforms and bridge potential gaps in the goals of reforms and implementation. The reforms of Women’s Federation in the new era require an effective route to reach the goals of achieving strong political,progressive and masses-based orientations.更多还原
