水泥粉煤灰稳定碎石铺筑路面基层路用性能研究
Study on Road Performance of Cement Fly Ash Stabilized Macadam Pavement Base Course
【摘要】 为了克服水泥稳定碎石施工缺陷,提出了一种新的半刚性基层—水泥粉煤灰稳定碎石,对其路用性能进行试验分析,试验中水泥的用量全部设置为5%,水泥与粉煤灰的用量比分别设定为1∶0、1∶1、1∶2、1∶3、结果表明:该基层的抗压强度、劈裂强度、抗压回弹模量呈现出逐渐增大的趋势;粉煤灰掺量为5%~10%时,收缩性能良好,降低了产生收缩裂缝的几率。
【Abstract】 In order to overcome the construction defects of cement stabilized macadam, a new semi-rigid base course, cement fly ash stabilized macadam, is proposed. The pavement performance of the base course is tested and analyzed. In the test, the fixed amount of cement is 5 %, and the ratio of cement to fly ash is set to 1 ∶ 0, 1 ∶ 1, 1 ∶ 2, 1 ∶ 3, respectively. The results show that the compressive strength, splitting strength and compressive resilience modulus of the base course are presented. The shrinkage property is good and the probability of shrinkage crack is reduced when the content of fly ash is 5 %-10 %.
