硅粉掺量对低水灰比混凝土力学性能的影响
Effect of Silica Fume Addition on Mechanical Properties of Concrete with Low Water Cement Ratio
【摘要】 不同区域的水利建筑设施所要求的混凝土抗压强度及混凝土抗冻性具有较大的不同,在满足工作性能要求的前提下,进行了配合比试验。对低水灰比混凝土中不同掺量的硅灰进行了抗压强度试验、冻融试验和弹性模量试验,确定了最佳硅灰掺量。试验结果表明:在水胶比为0.38的普通硅酸盐混凝土中掺入5%的硅粉,配制出的混凝土物理力学性能相对较高。
【Abstract】 There are great differences between the requirements for the compressive strength of hydraulic structures and concrete frost resistance in different regions. Under the premise of satisfying the requirement of flexibility, the mixture ratio test of adding different amount of silica fume to low water-cement ratio concrete was carried out. Through a 200 KN pressure tester, the KDR-V9 concrete freeze-thaw machine and the DT-W18 dynamic elastic modulus tester is used for compression strength test, freeze-thaw test and dynamic elastic modulus test to determine the best mixture ratio of low water cement concrete. The experimental results show that when 5 % of silica powder is added to the concrete with water cement ratio of 0.38, the concrete with relatively high mechanical properties can be prepared.
