【摘要】 目的分析在孕妇产前检查中通过测定D-二聚体与凝血功能的临床价值。方法选取2017年1月～2018年12月院内收治的孕晚期的妊高症孕妇60例作为观察组,另选取同期处于孕晚期的正常孕妇60例作为对照组。两组孕妇均进行D-二聚体及凝血4项测定,比较测定结果。结果观察组孕妇的D-二聚体测定结果为(746.53±42.36)ug/L,与对照组孕妇的(386.59±32.17)ug/L对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组孕妇的TT测定结果对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组孕妇的APTT、PT指标测定结果低于对照组,而FIB测定结果高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过在孕妇的产前检查中测定D-二聚体与凝血4项指标,有利于避免孕妇在其分娩过程中出现血栓性疾病以及弥漫性血管内凝血,可降低产科意外事件发生风险,D-二聚体以及凝血4项可作为孕妇进行产前筛查的重要指标推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical value of measuring d-dimer and blood coagulation function in prenatal examination of pregnant women.Methods 60 pregnant women with preeclampsia in the third trimester of pregnancy from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the observation group, and another 60 normal pregnant women.Results The d-dimer test results of pregnant women in the observation group were(746.53±42.36) ug/L, which was significantly different from those in the control group(386.59±32.17) ug/L(P<0.05).Conclusion Through in the antenatal examination of pregnant women to determine D-dimer and blood coagulation four indicators as an important index of pregnant women for prenatal screening application.更多还原
