宜宾风化型砂岩制备陶瓷及其工艺研究

【摘要】 风化型砂岩的利用价值低,堆积在裸露的地表还容易引发滑坡、泥石流等地质灾害。本试验基于风化型砂岩的高效开发利用,以四川宜宾风化型砂岩为主要原料,制备成一种茶色陶瓷。通过对陶瓷烧结温度和保温时间等工艺条件进行试验研究,确定烧结温度为1 075℃,保温时间为300 min。本研究为风化型砂岩的合理开发利用,提供了一种新的思路。

【Abstract】 The weathered sandstone has low utility value, and the accumulational sandstone on the bare earth surface can cause natural disasters,such as: landslide and debris flow. Based on the high-efficiency development and utilization of mineral resources, the weathered sandstone from Yibin in Sichuan province has been used as a main raw material to prepare a dark brown ceramics. Both sintering temperature and high temperature holding time of sandstone ceramics have been investigated. The results show that the optimum sintering temperature and holding time have been determined as1 075 ℃ and 300 min, respectively. Therefore, this research would provide a new approach to the rational development and utilization for the weathered sandstone.
