【摘要】 以赤溪村为例开展了实证研究,以期为实现全面小康与乡村振兴提供参考。研究结果表明,赤溪村经过"接受脱贫帮扶""实施异地搬迁""强化持续发展"等阶段的发展历程,实现了精准脱贫,同时减少生态负荷,增值人力资本,导入物资资本,完善落地机制,为绿色振兴与持续发展奠定了基础。结合区域乡村发展实际,就脱贫后赤溪村如何实施绿色振兴提出了相应的对策建议:加强领导,完善规划,建设一个富有区域特色的美丽乡村;绿色振兴,持续发展,开发休闲旅游与种养两个产业集群;统筹协调,集成配套,创立"三生"有机耦合的创新体系;节约资源,环境友好,构建乡村"四品"集成开发模式;以人为本,提高素质,培养创新创业型青年骨干队伍。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking Chixi village as an example, this paper carries out empirical research in order to provide reference for the overall well-off and rural revitalization. The results show that Chixi village has achieved precise poverty alleviation, reduced ecological load, increased human capital, imported material capital, dredged policy land-falling mechanism through three development processes, including "accepting assistance of product materials and work inside", "implementing relocation in other places and work outside" and "strengthening sustainable development", which laid the foundations for green revitalization and sustainable development. Combining with the reality of regional rural development, this article puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on how to implement green revitalization in Chixi village after poverty alleviation, that are, building a beautiful village with regional characteristics, developing two industrial clusters of leisure tourism and cultivation, creating an innovative system of coupling among production, ecology and life, building an the integrating development model with outputs of high qualities, good tastes, unique traits and great brands, and cultivating an innovative and entrepreneurial youth team.更多还原
