6种沟胫天牛摩擦发音板的微细结构观察
Observations of stridulatory field fine structure in 6 species of Lamiinae beetles
【摘要】 为了解发音板上的侧纵纹对沟胫天牛发音特异性的影响,利用扫描电子显微镜观察6种沟胫天牛(双簇污天牛、四点象天牛、粒翅天牛、青杨天牛、麻竖毛天牛和灰长角天牛)摩擦发音板的超微形态结构,分析沟胫天牛亚科天牛的摩擦发音器的发音板上侧纵纹存在的范围及侧纵纹对发音的影响。结果表明,6种天牛的发音板上都有侧纵纹存在,是由音齿二分叉形成的,形成的边界不整齐,其位置具有种的特异性; 6种天牛的摩擦发音板大小不同,虫体越大发音板越大; 6种天牛摩擦发音板上的音齿密度不同,具有种的特异性,音齿的密度在同种的雌雄体间也有区别。
【Abstract】 In order to determine the scope of the lateral sulcus on the sound plate of Lamiinae beetles and analyze its effect on pronunciation,we observed and described the ultrastructure of lateral sulcus of 6 species of Lamiinae longicorn beetles,i. e.,Moechtypa diphysis Pascoe,Mesosa myops Dalman,Lamia textor L.,Saperda populnea L.,Thyestilla gebleri Faldermann,and Acanthocinus aedilis L. The results showed that all the 6 species have the lateral sulcus on the sound plate,and the position of the lateral sulcus exhibits species specificity,which formed by sound tooth bifurcation with irregular border. The size of the sound plate of the studied species differs with the size of the species; species with large body size have a large sound plate,and vice versa. The density of sound tooth exhibits species specificity,and also differs between males and females.
