枝条切断机的切断参数对沙柳峰值切断力的影响
Effect of cutting machine parameters on salix branch’s peak cutting force
【摘要】 以切断刀楔角、滑切角和切入角为试验因素,研究楔角、滑切角和切入角对峰值切断力的影响。切断试验以楔角、滑切角和切入角为试验因素,峰值切断力为试验评价指标,设计单因素试验方法。通过单因素试验表明,峰值切断力随着楔角的增大呈现增大的趋势;滑切角在一定范围内对降低峰值切断力有一定的作用。当滑切角在5°~10°之间,对降低峰值切断力有一定的作用,当滑切角大于10°后峰值切断力逐渐增大,沙柳枝条在切断过程中发生打滑;随着切入角的增大,峰值切断力明显降低,影响显著。试验中发现过大的切入角会导致沙柳枝条切断困难,沙柳枝条沿纤维方向发生劈裂形成削片。利用Design-Expert对楔角、滑切角和切入角进行了方差分析和显著性影响分析,结果表明切入角对峰值切断力的影响最为显著,其次是楔角,滑切角并不显著。综合单因素试验和方差分析结果,选取切入角45°、楔角30°、滑切角5°~10°的组合,能够显著降低沙柳枝条的峰值切断力。
【Abstract】 In this experiment,wedge angle,sliding angle and cutting angle were taken as experimental factors to study on peak cutting force. Wedge angle,sliding angle and cutting angle as factors,and the peak cutting force was the test evaluation index. The single-factor test method was designed and shown that the peak cutting force increased with the increasing of the wedge angle; the sliding angle has a certain effect on reducing the peak cutting force in a certain range. When the sliding angle is between 5° and10°,it has a certain effect on reducing the peak cutting force. When the cutting angle is greater than 10°,the peak cutting force gradually increases,because the slipping occurred during the cutting process,and the peaking cutting force declined while cutting angle increases. Excessive cutting angles resulted in difficulty in cutting branch. The branches were cleaved in the fiber direction.Analysis of variance and significant of the wedge angle,sliding angle and cutting angle were performed by Design-Expert. The results showed that the influence of the cutting angle on peak shear force was the most significant,followed by the wedge angle and sliding angle. Based on the results of a single factor test and an analysis of variance,the combination of a wedge angle of 30°,a sliding angle of 5°-10°,and cutting angle of 45° can significantly reduce the peak cutting force of Salix cheilophila branches.
