镉砷污染农田菜心安全生产的影响因素分析

【摘要】 文章分析了低风险镉砷污染农田中菜心安全生产的影响因子。该试验在低风险镉砷污染农田中种植了21种菜心品种,对菜心的产量、镉砷的积累特性进行了比较,并对灌溉用水、菜心种植前后土壤的基本指标、常用农药、肥料镉砷含量进行了测定。结果表明:(1)不同菜心品种,产量不同,对镉砷富集能力不同。(2)多种农药和肥料中含有一定量的镉、砷。(3)菜心种植前后,土壤的理化性质,及总镉总砷含量没有显著差异。同时,种植一茬菜心的农田镉砷输入量远大于菜心产量带走的输出量。主要结论:(1)益农80天特青菜心种、航育80天油绿尖叶菜心具有产量高,镉、砷积累少的特性。(2)肥料可能是该试验地块土壤镉、砷污染的重要来源,牛粪是相对安全的农用有机肥。(3)菜心常规种植并不会降低高背景值土壤中镉砷的含量,可能会缓慢增加土壤中的镉砷含量。

【Abstract】 The study was conducted to analysis the factors affecting the safe production of Chinese flowering cabbage on low risk cadmium-arsenic contaminated farmland. The yield, cadmium and arsenic content of 21 Chinese flowering cabbage varieties were compared. The cadmium and arsenic content of the irrigation water, the soil before and after planting pesticides and fertilizers commonly used were determined. Firstly, the results showed that different Chinese flowering cabbage varieties had different yields and various accumulating ability of cadmium and arsenic. Secondly, a number of pesticides and fertilizers contained a certain amount of cadmium and arsenic. Thirdly, there was no significant difference in the physical and chemical properties of soil and total content of cadmium and arsenic in soil before and after Chinese flowering cabbage planting. At the same time, the input of cadmium and arsenic in farmland planted with a crop of Chinese flowering cabbage was much larger than the output taken away by the Chinese flowering cabbage. Firstly, Yinong 80 days special green caixin seeds and Hangyu 80 days youlü-jianyecaixin seedshad high yield and the characteristics of less accumulation ability of cadmium and arsenic. Secondly,fertilizer might be a main source of cadmium and arsenic pollution in the soil of the test site. Cow dung was a relatively safe organic fertilizer for agriculture. Thirdly, Chinese flowering cabbage cultivation did not reduce the content of cadmium and arsenic in soil and may slowly increase the content of cadmium and arsenic in soil.
