利用自制内循环厌氧反应器快速培养颗粒污泥

【摘要】 作者在自制内循环厌氧反应器中,接种经过预处理的种子污泥,研究了反应器启动、颗粒污泥形成及特性。结果发现:反应器快速启动的同时,成功培养出优质颗粒污泥;在反应器稳定运行阶段,COD去除率达90%以上,最大产气效率为0.48 m3/(kg·d)。

【Abstract】 In the self-developed internal circulation anaerobic reactor, the pretreated seed sludge was inoculated. And further studies were carried out on reactor start-up, granular sludge formation and characteristics. The results showed that the excellent high-speed granular sludge was successfully cultivated when the reactor was started up quickly. In the stable operation stage of the reactor, the COD removal rate was over 90%, and the maximum gas production efficiency was 0.48 m~3/(kg·d).
