反硝化菌YYD4强化生物滤池处理低碳氮比污水效果研究

【摘要】 文章利用实验室筛选到的高效反硝化菌YYD4对反硝化生物滤池进行强化脱氮,探究了该菌在不同C/N比下脱氮性能,考察强化反硝化生物滤池处理低C/N比污水时的启动时间、脱氮能力与脱氮稳定性。结果表明,反硝化菌YYD4处理低C/N比水时其12 h硝氮去除率为99%,总氮去除率达81.38%,无亚硝氮积累。强化反硝化生物滤池对硝氮去除率为95.18%±4.10%,总氮去除率为94.11%±6.33%,较未强化滤池分别提升了9.76%与19.89%,停止投加菌液后强化滤池的硝氮去除率为96.81%±3.00%,总氮去除率为97.84%±1.40%,强化终止后反硝化生物滤池仍具备良好且稳定的脱氮能力。

【Abstract】 A denitrifying strain with great denitrification capacity, Acidovorax temperans YYD4, was applied to enhance denitrification biological filter. The denitrification capacity of strain YYD4 at low C/N ratio was studied. The time of start-up phase, denitrification efficiency and denitrification stability of enhanced denitrification biological filter were studied. The results showed that, nitrate nitrogen removal rate of YYD4 at low C/N ratio reached to 99% in 12 h and the total nitrogen removal rate reached up to 81.38%, while there was no nitrite nitrogen remained. Nitrate nitrogen removal rate of enhanced denitrification biological filter was 95.18%±4.10% and total nitrogen removal rate was 94.11%±6.33%, higher than removal rate of control group with 9.76% and 19.89% increased, respectively. Enhanced denitrification biological filter exhibited a superior and stable nitrogen removal efficiency after adding of denitrifying strain.
