火焰原子吸收法测定海沙中锌、铜、铅
Determination of zinc,copper,lead in sea sand by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry
【摘要】 本文比较了三种不同酸消化处理海沙样品及不同酸度溶解残渣后用火焰原子吸收测定海沙中锌、铜、铅的方法,实验结果表明:前处理选择硝酸-高氯酸-氢氟酸法消化样品,用5%盐酸溶解残渣后测定,结果满意,方法检出限Zn0.52mg/kg,Cu0.075mg/kg,Pb1.9mg/kg,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.3%~1.9%,加标回收率为99%~105%,该方法适用于海沙中重金属的测定。
【Abstract】 To dissolve the sample of sea sand by three kinds of acidification and to dissolve the residue in different acid concentrations,then to analysis zinc,copper and lead in sample by flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS),found that the result is satisfy by dissolving the sample by nitric acid-perchloric acid-hydrofluoric acid and dissolving the residue in 5% hydrochloric acid. The detection limits are Zn0.52 mg/kg,Cu0.075 mg/kgand Pb1.9 mg/kg,the relative standard deviation(RSD)are among 1.3%~1.9%,the recoveries of standard addition are among 99%~105%. The method is qualify to analysis heavy metal in sea sand.
