天津地区设施蓝莓不同品种光合特性的研究

【摘要】 以3年生的设施盆栽蓝莓(Vaccinium uliginosum L.)品种斯巴坦、北空、都克、夏普蓝、阳光蓝为试验材料,研究了光合有效辐射分别为0、100、200、300、500、800、1 000、1 200、1 500μmol·m-2·s-1时的蓝莓光合特征参数(净光合速率、蒸腾速率、胞间CO2浓度、气孔导度)、生长量和SPAD值。结果表明:不同品种对光合有效辐射的利用能力不同,其中北空最强,夏普蓝最弱,都克、斯巴坦、阳光蓝居中。光合有效辐射在800μmol·m-2·s-1以上,有利于蓝莓光合作用;光合有效辐射在1 200μmol·m-2·s-1时,5个品种净光合速率均达到最大值。品种间蒸腾作用大小顺序为北空>阳光蓝、斯巴坦、夏普蓝>都克。北空SPAD值最高,且生物量积累能力最强,其植株较其他4个品种粗壮;斯巴坦的SPAD值最低,且生物量积累能力最差,表现为植株较矮,枝条较弱。

【Abstract】 The experiment was conducted with the varieties of three-year-old V. uliginosum : V. uliginosum ‘Sibatan’, V. uliginosum ‘Beikong’, V. uliginosum ‘Duke’, V. uliginosum ‘Xiapulan’ and V. uliginosum ‘Yangguanglan’ by pot method. The photosynthesis parameters(photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, intercellular CO2, stomatal conductance), growth and SPAD values of blueberry were studied when the photosynthetically active radiation is 0, 100, 200, 300, 500, 800, 1 000, 1 200 & 1 500 μmol·m-2·s-1. Result shows that different varieties have different utilization ability for the photosynthetically active radiation, among which V. uliginosum ‘Beikong’is the strongest, V. uliginosum ‘Xiapulan’is the weakest, and V. uliginosum ‘Duke’, V. uliginosum ‘Sibatan’, and V. uliginosum ‘Yangguanglan’ are in the middle. It is beneficial to the photosynthesis of V. uliginosum when the photosynthetically active radiation is above 800 μmol·m-2·s-1. The net photosynthetic rate of the five varieties reach the maximum as the photosynthesis effective radiation is 1 200 μmol·m-2·s-1. The order of transpiration of the five varieties is: V. uliginosum ‘Beikong’> V. uliginosum ‘Sibatan’,. uliginosum ‘Yangguanglan’, V. uliginosum ‘Xiapulan’> V. uliginosum ‘Duke’. V. uliginosum ‘Beikong’ have the highest SPAD value and the strongest biomass accumulation capacity, and its pants are thickest but V. uliginosum ‘Sibatan’ have the lowest SPAD value and the worst biomass accumulation ability, which is characterized by shorter pants and weakest branches among the varieties.
