黑水虻养殖装置翻转器的优化设计
Optimized design of the turnover component for the breeding device of the black soldier fly
【摘要】 研究黑水虻养殖装置的核心部件翻转器对物料翻转的动态过程,观察翻转器的稳定、物料翻转效果、应力集中、幼虫的损伤程度,完成翻转器的优化设计。文章通过建立三维模型并采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA侵彻有限元,对翻转器进行分析研究,得到相应的翻转效果图和应力云图。分析结果表明:犁型翻转器工作过程对物料应力分布较均匀,承载能力更强,满足物料翻转效果和避免幼虫损伤的使用要求。该研究为黑水虻养殖装置的优化提供一定理论依据。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the dynamic process of the turnover component was studied, which is the core of the breeding device for black soldier fly. The stability of the turnover component, the effect of material turnover, the stress concentration and the damage degree of larvae were observed. Then the optimization design of the turnover device was accomplished. The 3d model was established and based on ANSYS/lS-DYNA penetration finite element method the turnover components were contrasted by the corresponding flipped effect diagram and stress cloud diagram. The results of the working process show that the plough type has more uniform stress distribution and stronger bearing capacity, which can meet the requirements of material turning effect and avoid larvae damage. This study provides a theoretical basis for the research and optimization of the breeding device of black soldier fly.
