上海地区办公建筑环境调节行为研究

【摘要】 尝试从人行为过程链的角度对办公室群体人行为过程进行解构,通过上海某办公建筑的问卷调研,从三个层面对办公室人员群体的行为决策进行分析。结果显示办公室群体参与装置调节的日常活跃度不高,但是当出现上班、午休、下班等场景切换时刻时,参与环境调节的明显提高,参与度能超过50%;女性、年纪大和办公室早到人员是办公室内调节行为比较活跃的群体。室内人员对于自然通风、自然采光与眩光控制的需求等是室内人员发生调节行为的关键因素;空调办公室内遮阳调节的主要原因是眩光控制。研究成果对当前行为研究体系具有重要参考。

【Abstract】 This paper attempts to deconstruct the process of human behavior of office groups from the perspective of human behavior process chain,analyzes and evaluates the behavioral decisions of office groups from three levels,and conducts a questionnaire survey on an office building in Shanghai. The results show that the daily activity of the office groups participating in the device adjustment is not high,but when there is a similar scene switching time of work,lunch,offshift,the initiative to participate in environmental adjustment is improved,and the participation can reach more than 50%. The crowd is more adaptive to temperature and light environment,but about 66% of the population will adjust the shade when there is glare. The office group is the most active in the adjustment of lighting and windows,and the regulation of the sunshade and air conditioning is relatively low. The shading adjustment has obvious scene correlation,and "glare"is the main reason in the driving factors of shading adjustment.
