轻质泡沫砂浆的制备及性能研究

【摘要】 为了提高玻化微珠保温砂浆保温性能,满足标准要求,采用发泡技术在玻化微珠保温砂浆中引入气泡,降低浆料干密度,制备高性能轻质保温材料。在基础配方基础上,研究了轻质泡沫砂浆的制备方法,以及物理法和化学法制备泡沫砂浆的作用机理,分析了两种发泡方法对轻质泡沫砂浆性能的影响。研究结果表明,当机械法泡沫料浆比(体积)为0. 4∶1和1∶1时,化学法双氧水外掺为4wt%和10wt%时,制备的泡沫砂浆干密度、抗压强度和导热系数三项指标分别达到GB/T 20473—2006《建筑保温砂浆》标准中Ⅱ型和Ⅰ型产品的性能要求。玻化微珠保温砂浆保温性能显著提高,具有良好的应用前景。

【Abstract】 In order to improve the thermal insulation performance of vitrified microbead insulation mortar and meet the standard requirements,the foam technology is introduced in the glass bead insulation mortar to reduce the dry density of the slurry,and the high performance lightweight thermal insulation material is prepared. On the basis of basic formula,the preparation method of light foam mortar and the mechanism of preparation of foam mortar by physical and chemical methods were studied. The effects of two foaming methods on the properties of light foam mortar were analyzed. The results show that the dry density,compressive strength and thermal conductivity of the prepared foam mortar are three indexes of II and I products in G B/T 20473-2006 "Building Insulation Mortar "when the mechanical foam slurry is 0. 4∶ 1 and 1 ∶ 1,and the chemical hydrogen peroxide is mixed with 4 wt% and 10 wt%. The thermal insulation properties of glazed hollow bead insulation mortar are significantly improved and have good application prospects.
