电厂管道90°弯头流动加速腐蚀的模拟研究
Simulation Research on Flow-accelerated Corrosion of 90° Elbows in Power Plants
【摘要】 利用ANSYS软件对电厂实际运行工况中90°弯头流动加速腐蚀进行模拟,得到弯头内部的流场分布,并研究了腐蚀行为与流体流动的相关性。结果表明:弯头内壁腐蚀速率高于弯头外壁,最大腐蚀速率出现在弯头内侧,最小腐蚀速率出现在弯头外侧。
【Abstract】 To obtain the flow field distribution in 90° elbows of power plants, and to study the correlation between the corrosion behavior and the fluid flow dynamics, numerical simulations were conducted on the flow-accelerated corrosion(FAC) in the elbows under actual operation conditions using ANSYS software. Results show that the corrosion rate on the inner side of elbow is higher than that on the outer side, and the maximum corrosion rate occurs on the innermost side, while the minimum corrosion rate appears on the outermost side.
