锅炉用S30432奥氏体耐热钢晶间腐蚀试验的探讨
Discussion on Intergranular Corrosion Tests for S30432 Austenitic Heat-resistant Boiler Tubes
【摘要】 从晶间腐蚀机理、S30432奥氏体耐热钢特点、晶间腐蚀试验方法等方面,阐明S30432钢管进行原材料晶间腐蚀试验时不应该进行敏化处理;从锅炉制造、运输、现场存放和运行方面提出了预防S30432钢管晶间腐蚀的措施。
【Abstract】 The reasons for infeasibility of sensitizing treatment for S30432 heat-resistant boiler tubes during intergranular corrosion test have been stated through such aspects as intergranular corrosion mechanism, features of S30432 austenitic heat-resistant tubes and intergranular corrosion test methods, etc. In addition, measures for preventing intergranular corrosion of S30432 heat-resistant tubes are proposed in the process of fabrication, transportation, site storage and operation of the boiler.
