空冷式高参数汽轮机的技术特点和应用效果
Technical Features and Application Effectiveness of Air-cooled High-parameter Steam Turbines
【摘要】 分析了空冷式高参数汽轮机的结构、通流能力、专用末级叶片、落地式轴承座和背压保护的技术特点,介绍了国内6种空冷式高参数汽轮机的典型产品,计算出配置不同空冷系统的空冷式高参数汽轮机的热耗率上限及已投运18台空冷式高参数汽轮机的节水量。采用空冷高参数汽轮机能达到较好的节水效果,可为同类型机组提供参考。
【Abstract】 An analysis was conducted on the technical features of air-cooed high-parameter steam turbines, such as the structure, flow capacity, specific last stage blades, floor-standing bearing pedestal and the back pressure protection, etc., together with an introduction to 6 typical domestic products of air-cooled high-parameter steam turbines, and a calculation on the upper limit of heat rate for air cooled high-parameter steam turbines with different air-cooling systems as well as the water saving rate of 18 air-cooled high-parameter steam turbines in operation. Results show that better water saving effectiveness could be achieved by adopting air-cooled high-parameter steam turbines, which therefore may serve as a reference for similar units.
