【摘要】 2018年5月,《中华人民共和国与欧亚经济联盟经贸合作协定》正式签署,由此形成了解决欧亚经济联盟与中国经贸合作问题的法律基础与合作机制。《协定》特别强调双方建立信息交换和磋商机制,为今后各方商议采取更高水平的贸易便利化措施打下了基础。《协定》不仅明确了各方未来合作的主线,还将大大提升"一带一路"建设和欧亚经济联盟对接框架下实施各项基础设施项目的合作效率。在落实《协定》的过程中,双方不仅要充分利用现有的深化经贸合作的有利条件,进一步挖掘经贸合作的潜力,还要充分认识《协定》实施过程中的制约因素,并认真研究和积极应对。今后,中国与欧亚经济联盟各国将重点开展交通运输、工业、农业、数字经济和服务贸易等领域的合作。《协定》的签署,是推动中国与欧亚经济联盟之间建立有效长期合作机制的第一步,是促进欧亚经济联盟成员国加深与中国进一步发展经贸关系的新动力。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Economic and Trade Cooperation Agreement between the People’s Republic of China and the Eurasian Economic Union(EEU)was signed in May 2018, thus formed legal basis and cooperation mechanism for China’s economic and trade cooperation with the EEU. The agreement particularly emphasizes that both sides should establish information exchange and consultation mechanism so that to lay the foundation for higher level of trade facilitation measures. The agreement not only defines the main line of future cooperation among all parties, but also greatly improves the efficiency of cooperation within the framework of the Belt and Road-EEU. In the implementation of the agreement, the two sides should not only make full use of the existing favorable conditions for deepening economic and trade cooperation and further tap the potential of such cooperation, but also fully understand the constraints in the implementation of the agreement and make careful research and active response. In the future, China and EEU countries will focus on cooperation in transportation, industry, agriculture, digital economy and trade in services. The signing of the agreement is the first step to promote the establishment of an effective long-term cooperation mechanism between China and the EEU and a new driving force for the further development of economic and trade relations between the member states of the EEU and China.更多还原
