【Abstract】 Prigov is a representative of Moscow conceptualism, whose creation is a classic of contemporary literature and art. He perfectly combined the artistic nature of poetry with the poetic nature of art,and thus created his own distinct "code". Combining vulgarity and elegance, the mass and the elites, tradition and modernity, Prigov’s work deconstructed the official language and ideology of the Soviet Union, subverted the official elite consciousness of traditional writing. The creative expression of Prigov took many forms. Beside poems he also wrote plays, created drawings, visual poetry,installations and video art, performed poetry recital, staged artistic performances, and starred in his own "polyphonic dramas". Prigov had been conducting artistic exploration throughout his life. His life is a long-lasting performance art, a "Project D.A.P." that is as long as life.更多还原
