【摘要】 目的观察助听器治疗双侧伴听力下降的慢性主观性耳鸣患者的长期疗效。方法回顾性分析2013～2017年我科采用配戴助听器作为听力补偿手段治疗双侧伴听力下降的慢性主观性耳鸣患者105例,记录患者耳鸣情况(耳鸣病程、耳鸣音调、单侧耳鸣或双侧耳鸣)、配戴助听器前的听力下降情况(耳聋病变类型、听力损失程度)、助听器配戴情况(每日配戴时长、配戴总时长、单侧配戴或双侧配戴),采用卡方检验分析配戴助听器后以上因素对于慢性主观性耳鸣患者的疗效。结果①配戴助听器治疗双侧慢性主观性耳鸣的总有效率为72.38%;②双侧配戴助听器治疗双侧慢性主观性耳鸣的疗效显著性高于单侧配戴助听器(χ~2=4.435,P<0.05);③每日配戴助听器时间越长、配戴助听器总时间越长,治疗双侧慢性主观性耳鸣的疗效越高;④双侧慢性主观性耳鸣患者听力损失程度越高,配戴助听器的疗效越低(χ~2=8.373,P<0.05)。⑤配戴助听器对于双侧慢性主观性耳鸣患者的疗效与听力损失类型比较、与不同耳鸣音调比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论配戴助听器治疗双侧伴听力下降的慢性主观性耳鸣患者可行性高,长期疗效显著。配戴助听器对于双侧伴听力下降的慢性主观性耳鸣患者而言,不仅是一种听力补偿的措施,更对耳鸣治疗起了一定的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the long-term effect of hearing aid on bilateral chronic subjective tinnitus with hearing loss. METHODS This was a retrospective study including 105 patients with bilateral chronic subjective tinnitus with hearing loss who received hearing aids.Tinnitus(duration, pitch, unilateral or bilateral), hearing loss before hearing aids(type of hearing loss, severity of hearing loss), hearing aids wearing time(including per-day and overall wearing time), unilateral or bilateral were recorded.The effect of above factors of hearing aids on bilateral chronic subjective tinnitus was analysed by chi-square test.RESULTS 1. The overall graft take rate was 72.38%.2.Hearing aid for bilateral was significantly better than unilateral(χ~2=4.435, P<0.05). 3.With increase of hearing aid wearing time either for per-day or for overall duration, the effect of hearing aid on bilateral chronic subjective tinnitus also increased. 4.With increase of severity of hearing loss in bilateral chronic subjective tinnitus patients, the effect of hearing aid decreased(χ~2=8.373, P<0.05). 5.There are no significant effect of hearing aid on bilateral chronic subjective tinnitus between type of hearing loss and tinnitus pitch(P >0.05). CONCLUSION Our study demonstrates that hearing aid can be effectively applied on hearing loss patients with bilateral chronic subjective tinnitus.Not only is it a measure of hearing compensation, it may also play an important role in the treatment of tinnitus for patients with hearing loss and bilateral chronic subjective tinnitus.更多还原
