【摘要】 目的探讨紧急宫颈环扎术与阿托西班联合治疗宫颈机能不全患者的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月至2019年6月在新乡医学院第一附属医院治疗的宫颈机能不全患者60例为研究对象,将其分为对照组与观察组,每组30例。对照组采取紧急宫颈环扎术治疗;观察组在对照组基础上联合阿托西班治疗。比较两组自然分娩率、孕周延长时间、新生儿Apgar评分情况。结果观察组患者的自然分娩率(90%,27/30)明显高于对照组(50%,15/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);孕周延长时间[(8.11±0.45)周]明显大于对照组[(1.78±0.38)周],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);新生儿Apgar评分为(8.56±0.51)分,明显高于对照组[(6.21±0.34)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在紧急宫颈环扎术治疗基础上,对宫颈机能不全患者联用阿托西班治疗,可延长患者孕周,提高自然分娩率,减少新生儿窒息发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of emergency cervical cerclage and atroxiban on cervical insufficiency.Methods Sixty patients with cervical insufficiency treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical College from January 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with emergency cervical cerclage.The observation group was treated with Atoxiban on the basis of the control group.The natural delivery rate, gestational weeks prolongation and neonatal Apgar score were compared between the two groups. Results The natural delivery rate of the observation group(90%, 27/30) was significantly higher than that of the control group(50%, 15/30), the difference was significant(P<0.05).The prolongation time of gestational weeks [(8.11±0.45)w] was significantly longer than that of the control group[(1.78±0.38)w], the difference was significant(P<0.05).The neonatal Apgar score(8.56±0.51) was significantly higher than that of the control group(6.21±0.34), the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusions On the basis of emergency cervical cerclage, atroxiban combined with cervical insufficiency can prolong the gestational weeks of patients, improve the natural delivery rate and reduce the incidence of neonatal asphyxia.更多还原
