考虑电能质量约束的配电网光伏最大准入容量研究
Study on PV Maximum Access Capacity of Distribution Network Considering Power Quality Constraints
【摘要】 随着新能源发电技术的不断发展,分布式光伏的接入容量不断增大,其对配电网电能质量的影响逐渐增强。根据某地区实际配电网馈线模型,利用PSCAD/EMTDC搭建模型,仿真分析分布式光伏并网对配电网电压偏差、电压波动、谐波等电能质量问题的影响。分析考虑电能质量问题的分布式光伏最大接入容量,通过仿真分析制约光伏接入的主要因素为电压波动,并提出提高光伏接入容量的措施。
【Abstract】 With the continuous development of new energy power generation technology,the access capacity of distributed photovoltaic continues to increase,and its impact on the power quality of distribution networks is gradually increasing.According to the actual distribution network feeder model in a certain area,PSCAD/EMTDC was used to build a model to simulate and analyze the influence of distributed PV grid-connected on power quality problems such as voltage deviation,voltage fluctuation and harmonic of distribution network.The maximum access capacity of distributed PV considering power quality problems was analyzed.The main factor that restricts PV access through simulation analysis is voltage fluctuation,and proposed measures to increase the PV access capacity.
