管式加热炉PLC控制系统设计

【摘要】 采用S7-200系列PLC作为下位机,研华工控机作为上位机构成管式加热炉PLC控制系统。充分利用PLC编程灵活、抗干扰能力强等优势,扩展了EM235模拟量输入输出模块,实现加热炉温度信号的采集和控制。同时,上位机可对系统运行状态进行监控,实现了良好的人机交互功能,在工业控制中具有一定的借鉴作用。

【Abstract】 S7-200 series PLC is adopted as the lower computer, Yanhua Industrial Control Computer as Upper Computer Constitutes PLC Control System of Tubular Heating Furnace. Make full use of plc programming flexibility and strong anti-interference ability and other advantages, Expansion of EM235 analog input/output module, Realize the collection and control of heating furnace temperature signals, at the same time, the upper computer can monitor the running state of the system, good human-computer interaction function is realized. It can be used for reference in industrial control.
